The Industrial Dried Products Division is a very important part of our operation. Using top of the art stainless steel equipment, we dry our products according to the highest food quality standards (tunnel dryers and spray dryers).

Our company dehydrates Sea Food Products (fish, shrimp, lobster, crab and squid powders and flakes) mostly for the dried soup industry.

We dehydrate Beef (powders and flakes) also for the dried soup industry and other food manufacturing uses. (Our beef comes from pasture raised brahman cattle).

We dehydrate Peppers (Habanero, Chipotle, Amazon Tabascos, Cayenne and Jalapenos) for the food industry in general -spices, snacks and meat industries-.

We dehydrate Tropical Fruits (Mango, Passionfruit, papaya, and pineapple powders among others).

Most of our production is contracted yearly with the world food industry and multinational companies.
